Dr. Angelo Cuzalina, M.D.
Board certified by the American Board of Cosmetic Surgery, Dr. Cuzalina is on the faculty for the American Board of Cosmetic Surgery review course. In addition to running an active practice at the Oklahoma Cosmetic Surgery Center at Tulsa Surgical Arts, he practices with Dr. John Stover in Hawaii.
